Through our employment pathways program participants can develop skills and training to suit their current situation.
BILINGARA NGURAMBANG
(Caring for Country)
This program has been funded by Family and Community Services. To develop entry level lawn and garden maintenance roles. Participants can be engaged in the hours that suit their needs. This program is about developing skills for future part time or fulltime employment.
GAAMBUWANANHA NGURAMBANG
(BRINGING BACK COUNTRY)
Land Management Services
The Gaambawananha Ngurambang (GN) team that is currently operational as part of the business arm of OLALC.
The commercial services provided by the GN Team include:
Native seed collection
Plant propagation
Revegetation
Weed management
Fencing
Lawn and Garden Maintenance
